“In October any wonderful unexpected thing might be possible.”
— From The Witch of Blackbird Pond, by Elizabeth George Speare

A wise old owl sat in an oak

The more he saw, the less he spoke

The less he spoke, the more he heard

Why can’t we all be like that wise old bird?

My sister is getting married on Halloween this year, with a Lord of the Rings theme. It’s gonna be so much fun, but what makes it cooler is that I get to paint some backdrops for it!

It would still be awesome if you voted.

Seriously. What’s better than Poe and Humpty Dumpty sharing a popcorn? Go vote!

So it only took, like, five years but I’m finally graduating from community college.

Just thought I’d put that out there.

notthatmegan:

I drew this, and I’m trying to get it printed on a t-shirt, and it’d be really, really awesome if I could get some votes for it and stuff…so… vote here if you like it!

Y’all vote!!

“And wipe the mark of sadness from my face
Show me that your love will never change
If my yesterday is a disgrace
Tell me that you still recall my name”

'Give' by The Suicide Machines

This song was part of the awesome soundtrack to Disney Channel’s movie Brink!
